COURSE OF EVENTS
With the COVID-19 pandemic settling down, and due to the requests from former business partners during my time managing a company (in the restaurant and wholesale business for about 20 years), and not relying solely on imported seafood, I always believed that it is the future of this industry to process and utilize ideas to ensure that more Japanese seafood, which is still relatively unknown, can be consumed domestically without waste, and eventually exported overseas. Therefore, on January 25, 2023, I re-established a wholesale company specializing in Japanese domestic seafood and other agricultural, forestry, and fishery products in Takarazuka City.
